We schedule an on-site walkthrough to take real measurements and check existing conditions — framing, access, code issues, whatever's relevant. No estimate on a job like this is final until someone's actually seen it in person.
Written, Itemized Estimate
You get a written estimate broken out by materials, labor, and timeline — not a verbal number. If permits are needed for the scope of work, we'll flag that here too, before you commit to anything.
Scheduling & Permitting
Once you sign off, we lock in a start date and pull any required permits ahead of the crew showing up, so the job doesn't stall out mid-way waiting on a passed inspection.
The Work, Start to Finish
Crews show up on the day we said they would. If something changes once walls are open — it happens — we write it up as a change order and get your sign-off before touching it. No surprise line items at the end.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
